Roof X Tender 100 Ultimate Rubberized Flashing Cement The all purpose repair and flashing cement developed for the year-round demands of commercial roofers. This rubberized SBS mastic lasts longer in all climates, applies faster and spreads easier than leading roof cements. It is the ideal solution for re-sealing seams, splits, holes and cracks in gravel surfaced BUR, smooth BUR, SBS modified cap sheets, and asphalt shingle roofs. Sealing base flashings and roof projections has never been easier with superb tooling around skylights, HVAC curbs, vent pipes, gravel guards, scuppers, drains, metal flanges and cracks in structural concrete. Made with new advances in asphalt technology, Roof X Tender 100 contains advanced adhesion additives for excellent bonding to wet surfaces and even works under ponded water. With superior water-resistant properties and durability, Roof X Tender 100 is also an excellent damp-proofer for below-grade exterior foundation walls.
