Roof X Tender 500 White Elastomeric Cool Roof Coating is a flexible, white elastomeric roof coating designed to cool roof surfaces and extend roof life. Roof X Tender 500 White Elastomeric Cool Roof Coating provides a reflective barrier which prevents the sun’s heat and destructive UV rays from deteriorating roof surfaces. It also blocks heat build-up in roof membranes, which leads to a reduction of roof temperatures and helps reduce cooling costs.
