Roof X Tender 200 Rubber-Tite-SB Roof & Foundation is a single component, solvent-based, rubberized asphalt coating and adhesive used in the restoration and construction of built-up, modified and gravel roof systems, as well as below-grade dampproofing and waterproofing systems. Roof X Tender 200 Rubber-Tite-SB Roof & Foundation contains a unique blend of thermoplastic rubber which provides exceptional flexibility and waterproofing protection. When used as a coating or resaturant, this product provides a durable surface over existing membranes and can greatly extend the life of existing roof systems. Roof X Tender 200 Rubber-Tite-SB Roof & Foundation also provides exceptional adhesion and bonding, strength, and can be used in the construction of new systems to adhere bituminous membranes, base sheets and ply sheets.
